Got a hair trigger – You could send this set to any coffee lover friend and they will love it. The only thing you have to be careful about is the settings as they are super sensitive. The blue light keep warm is perfect. If the coffee has gotten cold the red will reheat. Warning here tho the plate gets really hot.. love the fact it also comes with a lid and spoon.

Could be better….. – The cute coffee mug that comes with this set is what sold me….and it has a little porcelain spoon to stir your coffee along with a wooden cover to help hold the heat in. But THERE we have the problem. As other reviewers have stated, this ‘warmer’ just barely keeps your coffee warm. Certainly not HOT. I don’t have to keep running to the microwave to reheat my cooled coffee, but I can’t say that the heat provided by this warmer, even on the higher of its two settings, keeps my coffee anything more than warm. Which is disappointing. So, to be honest, I could not recommend this item. The paperwork that came with it says to ‘contact our customer service if you are not happy with this item’ but there is NO contact information included and not even a website for the company. There is also absolutely NO mention whatsoever of a WARRANTY…..if my coffee warmer were to stop working tomorrow, I’d have no idea what to do. Finally, the paperwork states that ‘THIS ITEM WAS MADE IN CHIAN’….. ???? Great spelling! Bottom line: while I will be keeping this coffee warmer, I would not buy it again. I wanted one that would keep my coffee HOT for the approximately 30-40 minutes it takes me to finish a cup. UPDATE: (9/25/22) Having used this warmer every day now, I can honestly reiterate my previous words, that this ‘warmer’ does just that….it keeps my coffee WARM, not hot, and I am disappointed with its performance (or lack thereof). I wish I could return it and choose something else. However, I am enjoying the cute little spoon and cup.

Beautiful Mug – This set with a cup and the heating unit is very stylish. I got it for my sister who always ends up with cold coffee at work. The cup itself is beautiful! Coffee stays at a good drinking temperature too. I recommend this to anyone that is tired of cold coffee or tea!
