Roti tastes like rubber – To prepare roti you have to keep the flour wet. The roti taste like rubber when you prepare the wheat flour consistency wet. Handmade roti taste better

Tip is to make the dough a loose consistency – The Blue star roti maker is an awesome appliance. One should know the technique to make a perfect circular roti effortlessly and without any mess around like in case of manually rolling.

Excellent customer service, Soft & quick rotis once you learn the trick to make them! – Customer service is top notch. I purchased this product in August. It was working well for a month & suddenly stopped working..i.e. wasn’t turning on. I contacted Amazon & they connected me with Star Blue Customer Service. They were very quick in understanding my problem & sent me replacement product in 3 days which is serving well for now. Hope I don’t need to do this again though.
