Easiest way to make Crepes – My husband is Italian and often talked about how his grandmother would make him and his dad fresh homemade crepes. I decided to try it. This crepe maker made my first try at making them a huge success! His favorite is cherry crepes with a little whipped cream on top. I also bought one of the mixes on amazon and almost ran into a problem as it was ALL in French! Thank God for Google Translate lol. Anyway, it was so easy to use this product. I set it at about medium heat, poured a little crepe mix on it and that was it. Simply watch for some little bubbles to come up on the crepe, flip it over and its done in about 4 minutes total. Add some pie filling and roll up. Clean up was extremely easy also. Wiped it down with a damp paper towel and it was done.

It takes a few tries to get used to the little stick to spread the batter. We used to make crepes on a pan by swirling the batter in circular motion by picking up the pan. I kind of burnt my hands trying to do the same as my pan (Don’t try it @home :). I wish it had side handles to be able to do that, which I will never try to do again (my fault). It is also perfect for baking Ethiopian/Eritrean Injera. I just need to find a pot cover enough to fit it’s size in order to do that. Overall, it is really easy to use, clean and store. Thank you.
