Seals snack bags. – Nice tool to have. No instruction. Comes in a nice plastic case. I give it 3 minutes to warm up. Works perfect for thick plastic bags, but don’t try it on soft/thin bags. The thin bags will just melt onto the tool. I cleaned off the melted parts by rubbing the hot tool over a thick plastic scrap.

Handy little tool – I bought these resealers because I now buy my 10-pound dog’s food in 40-pound bags (the Kirkland Signature adult chicken and rice kibble), and only 20 pounds of it can fit into the bin I store it in. I gave one to my parents and kept one for myself for resealing the dog food bag, and it worked excellently for that purpose. I pressed all the air I could out of the bag and slowly pressed the resealer across the ~6 inch opening I’d cut into the bag. It seemed sealed after two passes, but I did a third to be sure. The bag is sealed but not melted/deformed, and the seal has held in the several weeks since I pressed it.

I didn’t know Amazon sold them as well. Out of curiosity I checked Amazon one day and was pleasantly surprised to find even a better deal.
