I wish it had one more slicing/shredding plate. The two that they provide are fine and medium. – I wish it had one more slicing/shredding plate. The two that they provide are fine and medium. It would truly be nice to have a Corser blade for shredding onions and things like that.

Almost A Blender – This is the first food processor I’ve bought for myself. I’m a line cook so I would think the low setting and the high setting would perform vastly different than each other. Hopefully the low setting would act like the “on” setting in a commercial robotcoupe food processor.

Reliable but loud countertop chopper – This small and reliable 4-cup food chopper makes quick work of pesto, salsa, hummus, etc. It chops nuts, emulsifies liquids, and generally does everything you need from a small-ish countertop chopper. The base is easy to wipe down and the cup/lid/blades go into the dishwasher (top rack only). If this machine were just a few decibels quieter, I would have rated it five stars. It’s quite loud and so I use a doubled kitchen towel over it to muffle the noise.

Great machine I use this everyday – I tried a few different food processors before buying this one, they all either fell short or broke/ stopped working. I using this everyday a few times a day and it a game changer for me and my family. The only problem I had at first was the locking features. You have to make sure the blade is in and the bucket (for lack of a better word) is locked in before the lid with lock into place.

Cuisinart processor – My little old Osker died. I am so glad I bought this processor. Love the mid-size. Has plenty of power. I highly recommend this product. Makes my job easier in the kitchen.

Powerful appliance with plenty of capacity – If you cook from scratch or aspire to do so, this will be able to meet your needs for a long time. It will make quick work of a plethora of mundane kitchen tasks. It is powerful enough to handle jobs that challenge smaller units and will do small and large quantities equally well. However, it is not a small unit, and it’s going to need some storage space. First time food processor users may be slightly intimidated by all the options, but the illustrated instructions make it easy to set up. Clean up is easy and storage bin keeps blades organized and safe for storing.

I like it – I ordered a “like new” returned product. It arrived clean and in excellent condition, and also had the spiralizer attachment, which I wasn’t expecting but happy to get. I was replacing a 30-year old, broken food processor. For all its bells and whistles, the cuisinart doesn’t really work any better than my old non-fancy machine. It also takes up a ton of space with all the attachments. But it does work well. I made 3 large batches of relish and salsa and it chopped nicely. I haven’t done anything else with it yet.

Great mixing/blending, but ….. – The small food tube does NOT lock in place, therefore, when you need to remove the entire top to scrape the sides and turn the lid upside down to keep liquidy contents from dripping on the counter, the small tube will fall out and at the very least chip the edge of the tube, if not break.
