Great Little Coffee Maker – This great looking little coffee pot makes about five tea cups (two mugs) of delicious coffee. It takes a #2 cone filter. Perfect for an individual’s morning coffee. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is there is just no way to pour water or coffee from the pot without it spilling. The design of the pot just doesn’t allow it. I have to pour it over the sink or clean up a mess. I like it so much that I’m willing to do this though for such great tasting coffee. It has three setting for coffee strength and I played around with it until I found the right one for me.

Really read the reviews and seriously consider before buying. – Definitely not worth $50+. Maybe $25-30?? I’m sure we’ve all seen the reviews of people who say they received a used item. I didn’t and that’s not what this review is about. But, if you buy this, buy the paper filters and use those instead of the reusable one until you decide that you’re going to keep it. I would return this but the reusable basket is stained and I feel bad returning it used because they would probably just send it to someone else. Some say who cares, but overall the machine is not THAT bad. It has annoying features that are written about in MANY reviews: It’s hard to fill up, it leaks out the bottom if you so much as put one, JUST ONE, more drop than the max level, and it super slow on the strongest setting. It’s also hard to fill. So I use a 24 oz water bottle. The medium setting isn’t too slow. It gives me time to take the dogs out and feed them. So I’ve learned to use 7 scoops to get the strength I want. But I really wish I had listened to the reviews and bought something else. However, if you’re willing to take the chance because you like the way it looks, use the paper filters just in case you decide to return it. Wow what a very Plesant Surprise – After struggling with hundreds of different types of coffee machines throughout the years this make is our favorite. It’s easy to make and clean. It also makes a HOT cup every time. We had Keurigs galore and they all ended up making a lukewarm cup of coffee. This machine is smaller then I thought from photos when filled it makes about 24ounces of hot coffee that stays hot for thirty minutes. It’s perfect for our family.

Just missing a keep warm function – The coffee from this machine is amazing and tastes so good, even with generic store brand coffee. Unfortunately, I think I will be replacing this soon. I drink a lot of coffee, and I like to warm up my cup. The coffee does not stay warm at all after brewing, so unless you can drink it real fast or use it for iced coffee later, you end up tossing most of it down the drain. Shame.

Not only does it look nice, it is super user friendly! I love the different strengths and that each has a designated time. I choose the medium strength and it’s perfect every time. But curious about why the seem to be using a carafe and a wedge insert that seems to be designed for a locking system that would shut down the coffee flow when the carafe is removed which allows you to get brewed coffee while water is still heating. However the unit itself doesn’t seem to have the locking tabs necessary for that to work. Artistic design and colors though.

It also makes a HOT cup every time. We had Keurigs galore and they all ended up making a lukewarm cup of coffee.
