Great – the only Complaint I have is that it does not have degrees on the dial. the dial is easy to see and attach. Has a latch that holds in and releases. The Wok can be separated from the element for washing and is dishwater safe. Heat quickly and evenly. Stir fry has become my dish after Air Fry. Do not use stove or oven any more and my electric bill is down
