      High quality kitchen appliance – I’ve only owned this brewer for perhaps three months, but I use it every morning. It is reliable, accommodate small brews, and keeps ecellent time on the clock. It is programmable. I prefer brewers that use a conical filter; they brew more efficiently with a given amount of grounds. This style is hard to find now. The B&D uses flat circular filters and I find I have to use just a little more coffee grounds to get the flavor I’m accustomed to. Nonetheless, I’m very happy with it.

      Awesome coffee pot!! – I bought this to replace the one I really loved after 15 yrs. Yes it lasted that long! This one I thought ugh will it work out? I’m picky but don’t want to pay a fortune either, I’m on a fixed income. But I appreciate my morning coffee and so do my family. And it does make a good coffee. Has the timer for the night before. And all the coffee grinds get it not just in the middle and it’s Not Slow like others. This is a great coffee maker with a good price point!!

I purchased because I can modify strength and I can program the night before. Seals well so I can add coffee the night before. Seems to be of decent quality and the taste is acceptable. What I DON’T like is that the display is difficult to read- small and no light and I have to set my strength preference for every brewing cycle. It wont remember that I need it strong!
