Glad I purchased – My husband and I work from home and drink a lot of water. Our fridge dispenser is super slow and the filters are expensive, so I was looking for a water cooler for home.

Not the nicest aesthetics, but functional and cheap (see details). Recommended – I have Le Bleu service at home and at the office, with dispensers at both sites. It doesn’t seem to matter how expensive a unit I get, they seem to fail after a couple years. Compressor, pump, or even the top water vessel leaking – these things just don’t seem to last real long. Unwilling to go back to top-loader, and equally unwilling to go without heating/cooling, I went back to Amazon once again to get a replacement. That’s how I ended up with the Brio Bottom Loading Water Cooler Water Dispenser – Essential Series.

Great product!! – I would have given this 5 stars but when I hooked it up,, the hot water tube leaked. As I investigated the problem, I found that the hot water tube wasn’t lining up properly so instead of sending it back, I opened up the top piece of the despenser, and I saw there was a screw missing that holds the hot water tube in place.. I found a screw secure the tube and it works properly now.. its a great water despenser. I had an 18 cup brita despenser but I had to fill it often. I have 4 teenagers in my house, and they have friends ,so a lot of times it would sit in the fridge empty because someone who emptied it last didn’t fill it up. This despenser alleviated this problem and having to filling often. The hot water is also great because my teenagers love Ramen and this feature eliminates the many overflowed messes when they would make it in the microwave
