Nice warmer. Control button difficult to use – Glad I found this coffee/ candle warmer. There are usually hard to find with the auto shut-off feature. The touch button is hard to turn on/off and switch between heat settings. I risk burning my hands trying to get it work. I thought about returning it for this reason. I haven’t tested the auto shut off feature yet since I turn it off after a few hours.

Best of 6 – I have spent the last month and a half trying to find the right coffee mug warmer/candle meltier. I tried the KIN plus other no name units. They all either had the gravity switch on the bottom, were too big, didn’t function as described, or were just cheap junk. This model is a big enough size for large mugs, is not expensive, and gets hot enough to do the job. It is not the fastest candle warmer but I have not yet cracked a glass. It is great as a coffee warmer. I don’t like really hot coffee but the lowest setting is more than warm enough for me. The displayed temp should actually just say low/med/hi. Because they have nothing in relation to the surface temp of the warmer. The lowest setting has an avg temp of 180F +/-3. With the highest setting being well over 200F. At 16W I believe this is a good performer for the price and size. The button on the front is touch sensitive so no moving parts to wear out. I believe the top glass maybe pretty thin based on the sound it makes when I place my glass mug on it. So I would not say this is a durable unit good for portability.

Broke within a month :-(… – This product broke within a month of having it, and using it for about 2 or 3 days every week. I used it for handles in the home, sometimes it would be used when the candle is lit. I’ve seen other warmers work when the candle is lit, so I don’t think that is the issue.
