So far I love this little workhorse. – I’ve always been intimidated by pressure canning, now almost two months in I feel like a pro. This machine makes it so easy. Granted you can’t do huge batches like the stove top models but for me it’s great. I haven’t had one jar in 5 batches that didn’t seal properly. Can’t wait until next years garden starts producing!

Incredible customer service! – I used the pressure canning feature the day after it was delivered. As soon as I got the canner started for the first time, I noticed a long, flat dent on the back of the machine. I contacted the company directly, and didn’t expect much help since I had already used the product. But customer service was terrific-had to send documentation and proof of the problem but a new machine arrived within a week. Extremely satisfied! The canner works very much like an Instant Pot so it was easy to figure out. Highly recommend, especially for those of us with glass top stoves.

Use it alot – Great for canning small batches – I like canning leftovers but not hauling in my big stovetop canner – this works perfect for up to about 4 qts or 6 or 7 pints. Does take quite a while to cool back down but I set it out on the patio & it cools faster without any problems. I have used it to Water bath — steamed tamales like a dream & cooked in it.

So easy to use – This canner is so easy to use. I’m new to canning. I wanted to can meals and meats for my pantry to relieve space in my freezer, and have shelf stable meals ready to heat and eat. After watching YouTube videos by rosered homestead about the safety and ease of this canner, I decided to give it a try. I’m canning stews, chili, chicken, smoked pork, spaghetti sauces…etc. There are always ready to eat meals in my pantry now. I have only used it for pressure canning, but plan to do water bath canning also. It holds 4 quart jars, or 5 pint jars, so it’s about right for just my husband and me.
