Thorough review – I waited about a week and a half to two weeks after having this because I want to make sure that I got everything down that was important. This is definitely one of those moments where you get what you pay for it. This pot for the price works really well, it heats up rather quickly, and the chocolate stays melted at a good temperature. And it doesn’t take long after it’s unplugged and turned off to cool down either. I find when the chocolate is melted it’s the best way to clean it out. I just take dry rags or paper towels and clean it that way. My only flaw with this item is that The handle on this is very flimsy. When I tried to hold the pot by the handle because it was so hot and I was trying to clean out the chocolate at that rather easily and almost broke off. The handle is very thin where it connects to the pot. Other than that it’s great! I gave it 4 starts just because the handle was my only problem.
