Keeps drinks hot – Works as advertised to keep a variety of drinks nice and warm. It does seem like a bit of a hazard because it takes a while to cool down after turning off. Use caution around young kids

Easy to use and multiple uses – I have never been a coffee drinker but decided to order this for my office. I saw another tenant using it as a candle warmer since you cannot light candles in the offices. It works in multiple ways and uses. The ability to change the temperature on this allows me to warm it or get it hot. I love the idea that it has multiple settings and is a game changer. I know if it works on candles in jars it will work on coffee!

Front operation button, 3 heat settings, auto-shutoff, perfect mug warmer. – Just what I was looking for a mug warmer front operation button, 3 heat settings, and auto-shutoff. I did not want one that turns on when something gets set on it. The auto-shutoff was a must feature as I usually pick up my cup and go, forgetting to shut it off. The choice of heating settings is good, and it has a digital display on the top front. I like my coffee hot, and this mug warmer does the job. The seller’s description is accurate. I am pleased with this product.

Makes the cup much hotter than the beverage – I have a toddler, so I was really looking forward to a way to have warm coffee no matter how long they forced me to be separated from it. And this thing does work, no doubt. But I used a heavy ceramic cup on the lowest temperature setting. After only a 2-3 minutes on the warmer, I picked the cup up and the outside edge of my palm made contact with the lower portion of the cup below the handle. It hurt. No measurable burns, but certainly way too hot to touch for any period of time. And my recently brewed coffee within the mug had definitely lost heat in that same time period.
