Why pay more – I see some negative reviews but I don’t understand them. I put in 1/2 liter of water and it was at a boil in under 3 minutes and it shut off after it came to a boil. Why would you spend over $50.00 for one of these things. I suppose if your a real nerd about getting water to a certain temps go for it. This is the 1st one I have ever owned, I don’t think I would be putting Tea or Tea bags in it but to each there own.

Just what I wanted – I like everything about this kettle. The clear water reservoir with markings on both sides, the full size of the lid and the way it opens and the stainless steel screen, the size and shape of the pouring spout, the switch, the blue lighting/illumination when heating and the fact it goes off when the kettle cuts off, the speed of heating, and last but not least the awesome price and value for the money spent. It’s lovely.

Surprisingly fast heating time & easier to clean than any other I’ve tried! – This is absolutely worth the purchase and I can see why it’s a best seller! I normally get mine at TJMAXX or Marshalls/Homegoods but they haven’t had any non-plastic lately (if any at all). I’m a self-proclaimed tea snob so I am extremely happy with this lol

Better than expected – Does exactly what I wanted but even better than expected. It’s really fast! Looks pretty cool with the light signaling it’s brewing, appreciate the auto shut off. You cannot adjust the temperature which is why I only gave 4/5 stars but it isn’t a problem for me at all, my sisters has different settings for coffee, tea, maybe 8 different temperature settings – I don’t need that. Hers is Also way smaller than mine which I could use in my tiny beach Apartment. The large opening and clear glass carafe was one of the reasons why I chose this for easy cleaning.

I don’t know how I lived without one! – A friend gifted me one of these and my sister saw it and had to have one. As an American, I didn’t know electric kettles were a thing. Had no clue! Now I cannot imagine not having one. It is so good to make tea or to just speed up recipes by having the water boil faster and pouring it into whatever I’m making. Plus it’s beautiful and doesn’t take up much room in my kitchen.
