      Love This Machine – I have tried some very simple dehydrating things, just to get an idea what I’m working with. The machine is so stinkin’ easy to use! I want to buy up all kinds of things and constantly use it. It’s so quiet, you don’t even know it’s on. It doesn’t really warm up the kitchen, either, which was a concern. I have dried a bunch of apples (and eaten them all because they’re so much better homemade), and this past Saturday, I had about 1# of green beans left over from canning, so I cut them up in to smaller pieces and dried them. Sunday, I realized I probably over-dried them, but that’s part of the learning curve. Now I know how long to do green beans!

      Warped – Like the trays that came with the dehydrator itself, these were also kinda warped and not totally flat so whatever liquid you’re trying to dehydrate will pool to the edges or the middle. I got flexible silicone trays instead and work perfect and are flat

I have used this to dehydrate peppers, onions, and fruit so far. It is much faster than my old round stackable tray dehydrator. Also very quiet. Put it on the back porch to do Vidalia onions and it worked perfect! Very happy I purchased this dehydrator. Works well and having fun making my own seasonings!
