      Does what it says – It works, no bells and whistles it just does exactly what I need it to do. The fan is on the quieter side. Doesn’t seem to add a lot of heat into the room either. I am very pleased

      Great for jerkey – I bought this because my brother was making jerkey and mailing it to me, but I decided I should just do it myself because I know it’s time-consuming. The jerkey cooked very well

He recently had surgery and the only think he could stomach was the jerky I made in this. The quality is incredible, it has been in use for over 48 hour straight and it is going strong!       Times they give for dehydrating not accurate. – It doesn’t work as well as reviews stated. Dehydration need to be at medium heat not low as instructed. I had basil dehydrating for 9 hours and still not all dehydrated.

Everything came out consistently dried with great texture. It held 3 pounds sliced beef perfectly. Not very happy with my recipe but that was mine and Alton Brown’s fault. Mostly my fault probably.

      Warranty is backed up and easy – Purchased Feb 2022. It worked well. By May 2022 the fan stopped working. I registered it and contact customer service for the warranty and it was simple. I provided info, sent a pic of the cord cut off and they mailed me a new one. East peasy. Didn’t even have to send the old one back. So far my new one works well. Happy this brand keeps to their word and backs up their product.
