Requires more hands than are available. – The three motor controls are the safety lock and power switch above these is the speed control. Below the motor and control is a container of the stuff being processed which spins unless held. Holding position for the time needed to wip cream is difficult. The head shield may protect my coated pans. I hope the shield plastic is ok on the stove and in the soup.

Burned out – Melted within the first 3 or 4 uses. I wouldn’t buy it.

Motor burned out after 1 year – This thing is a good package. Used one year for morning breakfast blending of yogurt, fruit, etc. Then one day the motor started struggling. Within a week it stopped running. Junk quality. Don’t buy.

You need three hands to use this – Hold start button, then hit on button at the same time just to get it started. So tall in length it was hard to handle like whipping cream, i had cream everywhere. Yikes!

It supposed to stay in the motor handle since you can’t use hook up any other attachments with out it. Unit is easy to clean, but make sure you have the blending shaft blade up so the water can drain out.
