      Wonderful Product. Read Carefully the Product Description! – It’s just idiotic how people complain how small it is, it says so in the description SMALL JAPANESE FRYING POT! Do your research before buying! It’s a Japanese frying pot. It is used to easily and quickly fry small portions of meat and fish. It perfectly fries boneless meat especially Karage. If you need to fry huge bone-in chicken legs at 375 degrees then buy a big cast iron pan or pot. It’s also perfect for frying korean style bone-in chicken legs, but make sure to buy small size, as you need to pre boil it if it is too big. It keeps the heat pretty well, and little to no oil splatter.
