Fun Kitchen Appliance but You’ll Need to Watch It – I got this mostly for grilling vegetables indoors. It’s a fairly small footprint on the counter, but also has a fairly small grilling surface. The non-stick surface works well, but the recipe book will tell you to spray oil on when cooking certain items, anyway, which is a good idea. The temperature settings are vague, like “medium.” I made grilled zucchini on this, but the minced onion on “medium” as instructed, burned. Otherwise, the zucchini turned out well. The recipe book appears to have errors, such as the said zucchini recipe (photo in the recipe book of actual zucchini being grilled) but titled to be asparagus. I plan to use this item quite a bit, but will definitely have to keep an eye on items being cooked due to the wide range within the temperature controls. I love the bright red color. Super easy to clean. Heats very quickly.
