– Really liked the product, until it started leaking after 11 months of usage. The description says it has a 3-year warranty, but I could not find how to do it through Amazon, besides finding out that the return policy was for only 3 months.

Love it! – I drink tea and coffee a lot. I typically boil the water in a small pot on the stove. I’ve never liked tea kettles with their very narrow spouts, you can’t get in there and give it a good cleaning. So I stuck with my pot, until I accidentally burned it a few times and decided it was time for a change. Enter the electric kettle. I think I found out about this particular one on a blog. It’s the perfect size for my needs, and I love the features. Multiple heat temperatures, automatic reheating without burning the kettle, and you can lift the pot and pour anywhere. The base plugs into the wall, and the kettle lifts out wirelessly. I also like the little window that tells you exactly how much water is in your pot, and the fact that it is almost entirely stainless steel.

For the tea afficianado – This is the Second pot I’ve bought of this particular model and brand. It is an excellent kettel, though some people may find it a bit large as it can heat up almost a quart of water at a time.

– Es bastante práctico, solo le agregaría: poder poner en Celsius la temperatura, solo marca Farenheit. Adicionalmente, para poder ver el nivel del agua, hay que abrir la tetera, muchas tienen una mirilla transparente que facilita esto. Pero en general, funciona bien

Typically either myself or my wife will get up an hour or so before the other and wanted to have the pot ready for the other.
