I loved it while it lasted – I received this kettle for my birthday back in July of 2022. I loved it. However, tonight disaster strict less than 5 month after receiving the kettle I noticed my water smelled burnt after pouring it out and when I checked the bottom of the kettle the bottom was burnt (as pictured). I scrubbed it hoping against hope that might help. No luck. I filled it with water to see if I works and at first it didn’t but I got it working again. Unfortunately the bad smell and the state of the kettle make me less then confident that I should be continuing to use it. So disappointed.

Do appreciate the built-in mineral deposit screen. – Glad that it only requires only one press to turn the thing on. Tried another that didn’t and it was such a hassle. So far so good.

Our product wasn’t great, but customer service made it right – We used ultra filtered (7 step filter process) water in this kettle and it would leave a gooey film at the bottom of the kettle. Not sure why or what it was from, but definitely wasn’t the quality of water going into it. Had to return.

Very reliable and easy to use. – This is a wonderfully easy product to use, and the temperature selection, especially for 200F makes handmade coffee drinks such as french press and pour overs about as straight forward as it can be. Also really like the temperature hold feature.
