A Should-Have to Sous Vide – If you have an immersion circulator, this is a should-have. While you can attach the circulator to the side of a pot or something, this container is so much more pleasant to use. It’s a much cheaper alternative to the ones sold by the various immersion manufacturers. The one thing you could say about those more expensive ones are that there are features that are purpose-built, like having a cutout for the circulator itself. Well, this has that and it works very well: slide the circulator into the hole in the cover, attach the cover and the circulator to the container and off you go. The cover hinges to allow depositing the bags while the adjustable shelf provides a surface on which the food bags go. Very convenient.
