Temperamental, have to incert the bags perfectly – Very temperamental. Bags must be inverted exactly or there is no vacuum. Some bags don’t maintain their seal, others seem to hold all year. Otherwise it’s easy to use once you get acustom to the function of the sealer.

I’ve only used this once, but I’m pretty happy so far. I often have to throw out stacks of plastic bags or containers that, over time, become unrecognizable with freezer frost and have the freezer burn taste. The sealer is easy to clean and has a removable, washable tray to catch spills from sealing moist objects. I’m looking forward to using this and saving money and reducing waste.

This is a replacement of another manufacturer’s machine. The pump on the previous machine was very quiet. We’ll see how long we last with noise .
