This product is sleek and functional…Great Product overall – I have been using this product for 2 months now. One thing i have to mention is that I was amazed that when i could not figure out one thing on the kettle, and sent an email, i got a full response within 24 hours. With that said, here are the reasons i like this product:

Love the auto-shut off feature! – I’m the person who puts the kettle on and then lets it boil dry as I’m off to my next task. Happily, this kettle shuts itself off after boiling and then keeps the water warm for one hour. I’ve ruined my share of kettles and pans making tea over the years! I also like the idea of being able to locate it in a dry bar area outside the kitchen. Nice product!

Box was punctured and the kettle has a ever so slight ding in it. Usually imperfections drive me crazy but didn’t want to send it back as I’m enjoying this product. So, so far so good. I’m hopeful it’s last years not just weeks or months. Oh, it would be a nice addition if it had a built in timer and could come on at a set time.
