Good unit – The knobs aren’t slippery like the last one and it’s great to have both top and bottom elements. Easy to clean.

meh – I thought for the price It should have a few smaller things included, that I thought were standard these days. Such as magnets so the rack at least slides out a little bit when you open the unit. The crumb tray is inside so you have to wait for the whole thing to cool down before you clean it. As opposed to it having its own slide out mechanism on the very bottom so you don’t have to remove the tray and or the pan to get to it. It’s very light and the door is sticky, so you have to open it from the middle, if you pull it from the side it pulls the whole unit… Maybe this will lesson after more use. The controls look a little fancier but they’re the same as any other 15-25 year old toaster oven basically. when you set the timer it sounds like an old school white timer with the red dashes click click click click click click click… and of course it has the old school loud DING! but this was for my mom and she likes it. If it was me I would upgrade to something with a digital display. If you want this and don’t care about looks go for a cheaper one that has the same functions. this is a toaster oven, not a full size one. shouldn’t have to whip out tongs, a spatula and oven mitt to get a piece of toast out immediately.
