No complaints! – We love this coffee decanter so much that we bought a second one after I accidentally broke our original. The one we had was a 500 ml. We couldn’t find a replacement 500 ml on the manufacturer site or Amazon so settled for the 700 ml which was available. When the product arrived it is labeled approximately 500 ml so I was a bit confused but can’t complain because it’s the one I actually wanted.

Great Way to Make Coffee – The design of this device makes it very easy to use and clean and the Hario filters produce a great pour-over cup. It’s hard to find fault with this in any way. I have used many coffee brewing methods – Chemex, Aeropress, French press, Electric brewer (Moccamaster), pour over using a Hario filter holder on a cup, Turkish coffee, Moka Express, etc. and this is my favorite.

Perfect starter and expert pourover – This has enough room to put your hand in to clean the bottom- this is why I don’t like chemex. The silicon wrap fits snugly but also comes off easily when you need to clean. The glass is durable (still glass though and breakable). I had this for six years with 3-4 times a week use and handwashing, lasted great and through quite a few oops-bumps that would have broken lower quality glass. Makes a great cup from amateur using pre-ground beans and a scoop, to a more expert routine: I use medium or light roast- high quality beans, 1:16 water ratio, a burr grinder and a scale, takes me all of three minutes from water kettle whistling to perfect cup.
