Great burner, durable, stable – Sits very flat, well designed to take a lot of weight. Made a massive thing of Chilli for example and it could handle the weight. Also if you have a VERY LEVEL cooking surface (use a level) the product sits very level and you can be rest assured no pot will slide off it.
