It is a great multipurpose cooker – Ignore the mess of my microwave I’m in a lot of pain… I am showing the size of this cooker…only reason for 4 stars is the only drawback is the instructions are horrible you have to learn on your own I included my recent meal I steamed with it in my microwave… i am completely disabled right now… i can’t use my kitchen… so this really helps me… but it definitely is worth it I highly recommend 10/10 I have steamed both frozen and fresh cod and fresh veggies it all came out perfectly edit on 9/17/22 I used it to cook pasta broke the pasta In half.. heated the water in my microwave for 6 minutes then cooked it for 15 minutes it came out perfectly …. Very easy to clean as well.. no odd smell definitely get it if you do a lot of steam cooking ! No I am not paid for this

so many more uses than rice! – I like how this is dishwasher safe, doesn’t stain, and is easily stored in one enclosed unit that fits in my stock pot when not in use. I use it to steam veggies and to make perfect rice that needs no attention.

Great product – I’ve had a couple of different electrical rice cookers, but they all ended up browning the rice on the bottom, so I got a Tupperware brand rice cooker. I loved it, but it was ruined when one of my kids left it on the back of the stove top, near the oven vent, and it melted. I went without one for a while, going back to cooking rice on the stovetop, but then recently bought this, and I really love it.

I have been a fan of JJ’s product design for a long time and have owned a few of their products. But this little microwave rice cooker was a curiosity buy. Saw it on Amazon and thought…This could be neat if it works. Being Chinese, cooking rice in a microwave is not a new concept. In Asia, there’s plenty of single serving microwave rice packages sold in every grocery store. But when I saw this on my Amazon suggestions, I was instantly intrigued. The M-Cuisine microwave rice cooker worked perfectly. I really appreciate the attention to details with this product design.
