Practical and useful – This was within my budget. I did not want to spend $600 on a high end machine. I recognize this machine’s limitations. With that in mind when I use it I go easy on it, that way it will last a long time. The build quality is somewhat cheap but you get what you pay for….If you’re thinking you can save money and use this like a high end machine, think again… because it won’t last ….Overall it’s a decent machine and does what I need it to do…I really like it

Under counter compact – I am using this for primarily making meringue and I love it. It works great for small batches and it’s easy to move from under the counter only when you need it. I do store it on a plastic cutting board so it’s easy to pull out from under the counter.
