Looks Good in the Cabinet – My wife really wanted them so I bought them for her. That was back in June. I still have yet to receive any, lasagna, fettucini or spaghetti. I gave it 5 stars because it looks good in the cabinet.

Angel hair attachment can clog if dough not perfect – Home made pasta much better. Effective Kitchen Aid attchment.

I love this machine and my daughter and I have so much fun but…. – Love my setup to make fresh pasta, it makes it simple and fun. However, I broke my Cappellini cutter as I wasn’t aware how thin I needed to roll my pasta for this type of cutter. With the too-thick sheet of pasta it jammed in my Cappelini cutter – well the only way to clean them is to wait for them to dry – long story short, I hope nobody has to break their brand new cutter as I did – It was user error but the quick instructions didn’t help save me here either – And I don’t think they sell these cutters individually so I have to buy a 2-pack and they arent cheap to begin with.

Just a breeze if you lightly flour the dough on both sides before putting it through the cutters and then clean becomes a snap And if you have any physical issues with hand rolling dough, it’s a life changer. Good vids online shows how to knead and cut with these. Fantastic.
