      Don’t put the bottle in the dishwasher! – I previously had the Hamilton version. This one has equal blending power. This one is louder and don’t put the bottle or blender piece in the dishwasher, it melts. Where as the Hamilton I could put in the dishwasher.

      Stopped working immediately after first smoothie. – It’s a great addition, but you have to follow the instructions: don’t use it for more than a minute. It stopped working immediately after the first run, but if you let it cool down, it will work again.

      Small sipping hole and NOT dishwasher safe – First off, I love the blending power and the fact that it’s an 180z cup instead of 12-14ozs. The color is really nice too, and it is easy to use. That being said, the sipping hole in the lid is ridiculously small, so it takes forever to get anything out of it. I was willing to deal with that and just take the id off if need be, but what I am most upset about is the cup not actually being dishwasher safe. I made sure to read the manual to check if it was dishwasher safe and that feature was listed. After one run through the washer, top rack, the bottom of the cup had beveled outward so that I cannot stand it up anymore. Don’t list a product as dishwasher safe if it isn’t.
