Great dehydrator – I researched many dehydrators and found that this was one with many happy customers reviews. I was immediately impressed by the quality of metals materials used and that eh profile of the unit is tabletop compact, but yet is very roomy for all kinds of goodies from fruit roll-ups to apple and other fruits. I am so please with the price, workmanship, and fast dry times. It is 600 Watts, and my other machine was 400 Watts. What a difference a few Watts make! Thanks.
