No on/off switch or temperature control. – I love the concept of this product. However, the machine does not come with any kind of temperature control or even an on/off switch. Plug it in and it is on. Not exactly safe, as there is no way to turn it off except for unplugging it.

Easy & fun – Bought this for a bit of fun, and it’s exactly that. The only word of caution is that most mini-pie recipes around the internet seem to be for pies made in small ramekins — so they’ll give you *way* too much filling! In addition to regular sweet pies (pie pastry on bottom, puff pastry on top), I’ve tried savory with mashed potato on top — and they turned out wonderfully. If you’re looking for a fun little appliance to make something fun…this will fit the bit.

It was easy to use – This is a cute little kitchen addition as a small family (weight conscious) it reduces the big pie issues . We made little egg bites, and mince meat pies already . It was a bit smaller than I thought but not a mini mini size its a two bite snack. I love it
