Terrible Customer Service! – This is my second Mixpresso coffee maker. After years of dependable service, the pump in my older model died. Looking for a replacement, I settled on the Mixpresso 2 in 1 single serve. The difference in process for making coffee was a big confusing but now that I have mastered it, I find that I really like the coffee that it produces.

Mixpresso review – I like that I can add water in the back of the Mixpreso but it would better if the lid was hinged. The lid keeps falling in the water when I try to put it back. I don’t trust to put the cup on a higher level and fill the cup. I’m skeptical of the weight holding up a coffee mug so I have never tried using the other levels. The metal drainer is a little flimsy. The coffee splashes while filling up the cup.

The drip function still works, but it’s not the same: The hot water flows over the k-cup instead being injected through the k-cup. Time to finally break down and get a Keurig and stop buying a new coffee maker every 10 to 18 months, I guess.

Simple, and makes a great cup of coffee – I use this every morning, for my usual 3 cups of coffee. It’s so easy to use, and spikes the K cups perfectly, avoiding coffee grounds in your cup. It does splatter a little, but its behind the cup and a simple wipe off fixes that. It’s a good product.
