Great effortless product! – I love how easy it is to use!! Also, how it comes with an aluminum cutter, pourer spout, and aerator! Another plus is the charging dock that it all sits on! Great product for the $$!

Works Well…Doesn’t Hold A Charge – I like this electric wine opener by Mueller a lot. It’s easy to use and quickly removes any cork from a wine bottle. The included foil cutter and bottle stopper are nice add-ons. I like the way that everything fits nicely in the charging stand. This electric wine opener set looks great sitting on my counter.

Good Wine Opener – This is my first experience using an electric wine opener, and it’s pretty cool! I like that it’s easy to use and easy to get the cork out. I like that the stand keeps everything together. The price is on par with other electric wine openers. I will say, I did have an issue with charging, though. The bottle opener I received didn’t connect to the base properly, so the only way I could get it to charge was to press down on it myself or to stack something very heavy on top of the bottle opener to help it make that connection. I was excited to use the wine opener, so I stacked heavy things on top of it. Since this is not a safe/practical long term solution, I contacted customer service for a replacement. I haven’t received the replacement yet, but I’m assuming it’ll be just fine. The customer service experience was very good. It was easy to get a hold of them and get everything taken care of.

Great job Mueller – I am so happy I got this. We have occasional parties and have a lot of guests and this has been so helpful. It takes a few seconds to open a bottle and doesn’t look awkward doing so. Comes with a vacuum cap so we can enjoy open bottles a little longer before the wine goes bad.
