Reversing previous review! – I am resending my previous review. I had thought that the glass top was damaged. It was not! I tried cleaning it with a stove cleaner used on electric stove tops. It cleaned up beautifully! I am ashamed that I jumped the gun On my previous review. I do love this handy cup/mug warmer. It allows me to sip my chai tea every morning for an extended period of time. Which means more enjoyment through the morning!

Great for keeping coffee very, very hot or for gently melting chocolate – Nice design, large flat surface with slight rim, and three good temperature options, make this the product I was looking for (to replace my 20-year-old mug warmer that still works but . . . ). I like the middle setting for my coffee, quite hot but won’t burn my tongue. I like the easy operation — just tap with a fingertip to get on/off and temperature setting or to set a timer, and the lit temperature display is easy to read. Plus, it looks nice. Very pleased.

Turn it on with one light tap – that’s the default at the hottest setting, which is the only setting I have used. The default setting for how long it stays on is four hours, which can be adjusted down, again with light taps. Three light taps shuts it off. Looks nice, too. It replaces a Mr. Coffee warmer which keeps the coffee tepid – lukewarm at best, unless there’s only a half inch of coffee in the cup. It’s comparable – and even surpasses – my ancient old Dazey Corporation warmer which also keeps coffee hot. If you want HOT coffee, try this one!!!

Love this warmer… – I use this warmer in my no-build campervan. I bought a flat-bottom metal coffee mug to better heat my soup. I used this to heat canned soup and make instant coffee. Also made oatmeal but it took a little longer. Works well with my 300 watt portable generator. I recommend this product. Definitely great at keeping your beverages warm.

It works great! – I love this mug warmer. I am a slow coffee drinker, so when I sit down with a cup it will cool off before the end. With this warmer I have no problem.
