Mug cracked after filling with hot water – This was a great product while it worked. It kept my coffee hot all through my work day. The heater works well. Sometimes if I didn’t put the cup directly in the center then it wouldn’t register that it was there and would keep blinking. The button is easy to use but a bit sensitive. sometimes I’d brush the button with my hand while picking up the mug and it would register as a press.
