Good fountain – This fountain works fine if you follow the instructions and make the chocolate the correct consistency. If your chocolate is too thick the fountain will not work. Also they shouldn’t be used for a large gathering because the fountain is small.

Smaller than I anticipated – Bought two of these for use at small wedding reception. Even though my professional size one uses two pounds of chocolate, and these use one, they were so small they looked ridiculous, almost like a toy. I have no idea how they work, we ended up giving them away.

Broke after first time using it – I used the product which took a while to heat up and start working properly and after using it I let it cook down to clean it once I started cleaning it, I noticed the top plastic piece on the fountain was cracked. Not worth the money.

I was really surprised! – When the box was delivered, I gasp? It was tiny but the tiny little chocolate fountain worked great. I researched and made my own chocolate with milk chocolate chips and coconut oil. I melted the mixture in the microwave, added it to the fountain and I didn’t have any problems with it. It run for 6 hours through my daughters entire bday party. It is small but for a small party really delivers. Clean-up was what I expected and I did it as soon as I turned the machine off. No problems. Well worth the price I paid for it because I wasn’t purchasing for a fancy social.
