Great Value for the Price – My only negative is a small one… Every push of a button on the display results in a rather loud beep. I wish there were an option to turn it down, or even to silent, as to not distract people(think midnight snack, when you go to reheat those pizza rolls and don’t want to wake anyone up). POOR DESIGN – This air fryer is going back quicker than it arrived. The issues….This is 7.25 qts. That is a joke! They should have made it 4 inches taller and called it 10 .5 qts. Totally useless space! The point of an air fryer is to layer your food on the bottom and cook it. The bottom is an awkward shape where the bottom plate can only go in one way. They include a riser plate or whatever it’s called and that is totally useless as well! I was cooking coconut shrimp and placed them on the bottom with a space between them for proper browning. I then put this riser plate on top to cook some french fries at the same time. The 4 legs of the riser plate were right on top of about 8 shrimp. Designing and engineering at it’s best. Then when i got the shrimp somewhat rearranged i put some frozen fries on the riser plate (that is the purpose of this plate) and the edges being about 1 inch less from all 4 sides, i had french fries on top of the shrimp as they fell thru. I would like to meet the rocket scientist that developed this gem of an idea! The controls on the very top of the air fryer makes it so if you have an older home like mine you have to pull the air fryer out every time to see the panel and use the oven. I don’t understand why they have to design the default control with the preheat option always on. This should be always off and if someone wants to preheat let them have the option to turn it on. This is my 5th air fryer and my previous was a Bella Pro series 6.3 qt. that has a larger base and a lot more useful than this so called 7.25 qt.. One of the very few positives is having the 3 different watt settings. There are so many better choices out there for air fryers. I’m sure Amazon is going to get a lot of these returned. UPDATE: This air fryer is useless unless you are going to cook some fries or something like that. The lump the handle gives in the center of the bottom plate is another engineering blunder! Don’t even think about reaching in to touch anything for whatever reason without having some burn medicine on hand for your wrist. The 7.25 qt capacity comes solely from height…not base length and width. Don’t think about baking a cake or something of that nature because there is no bake pan small enough to fit the awkward sized interior. Also the smell of plastic burning is always there although there is nothing burning from what i can tell. I feel the company should recall these air fryers because of the deception of saying they are 7.25 qt . I have walked thru several stores since buying this P.O.S. and have seen several air fryers that claim to be smaller in size but are actually larger inside of more useful space. Costco has an air fryer for just under $40.00 (on sale) that by looks alone blows this one away!!! I just can’t say enough negatives about this model so called air fryer!

Customer service is AWESOME!!! – I very rarely write reviews (I must admit I do read them), but I feel this must be said. I ordered the Nuwave Brio Air Fryer through Amazon. I received it the next day. The first day I went to use it after preheating, it stopped working giving me a ERR2 message. I had raw food I was attempting to cook, very upset and hoping it could be reset, I called NuWave customer service. They were extremely nice and helpful! Unfortunately it could not be reset. I was told they would send another unit out that day (it would take about a week for me to receive it) and sent me the prepaid shipping label to send the defective airfryer back. I received the replacement Air Fryer and I LOVE IT!! I have already cooked many dishes in it. Delicious!! I received follow up emails from Georgina A (customer support) inquiring if I received it and how it working. They also gave me an extra year on the warranty. I would definitely buy from this company again! Thank you NuWave Customer Support!!
