Best toaster oven – This is one of the best toaster oven I have ever had. Easy to use not to many complicated buttons. I purchased an Air Fryer before & had to return it was hard to use

Heats up fast but makes an odd noise – It works just fine. I can heat up my food and cook in it. However, after it gets hot, it starts making a weird popping noise. Other than that, everything works perfectly. Hopefully down the line, the noise doesn’t end up breaking it or anything.

Good for toasting and baking, but… – The air fry function is subpar. Took forever to air fry 5 chicken legs and I ended up finishing them in my oven.

Small tray and hard to determine temperature setting – This Is my first time using this Oyster Air Fryer/Toaster Oven so I called their custom service department to figure out how to preheat because there’s no mention of this in the manual.

I like it. – It does everything you would expect in a larger oven. However, it is small enough for tight spaces.

Fantastic little machine! – I got this to replace our old Kitchenaid. It had the same capacity as my old model but the external housing is about 25% less wide so it takes up less counter space! Very easy to use and it comes up to temperature very quickly. The air fryer function is neat but it isn’t a proper air fryer – it seems more like a tag on gimmick. But as a toaster oven, this is outstanding

Needs another rack and better bottom tray – This is a nice useable toaster oven but it has a design flaw and it should come with another rack. The flaw: the crumb tray has very little indentation and has to be tilted up to remove. As a result, even if you just use it as a toaster the crumbs will roll off and have to be cleaned out of the bottom. Worse, if you use it as an air fryer and any chicken fat renders and drips, the grease could overflow the shallow indent and be a mess even if it doesn’t just roll off when you remove the tray. Plus, that tray is below the elements which means drips can land on them and burn. A second open rack that could hold a drip tray under the air fry rack could catch the drips and be easier to remove and clean. I bought a pair of 11.6 x 9” steel racks, and it was a little tight, so 11.5 x 9 might work better (I had to bow it a bit by pressing it against my leg and pulled the wire that had the bend for legs off with vice grip). See pictures. Another thing; other ovens I had the elements glowed enough to light up the food. I have to keep a flashlight by the oven to see in now.

Fast heating. – A bit noisy when heating the expanding and contracting can be a bit spooky.
