Misaligned rack insert slots, wayyy too short power cord – I’m having to refund the product because as pictured, the left side of the rack is about 1 to 1.25 inch lower than the right side. The metal along the left, top, and right sides on the inside is one solid sheet, the screw holes are apparently in the right spot, so I’m not sure how the rack indents are this poorly aligned. Coworkers suggested we just prop up the left side, but at this much money, it should just be right.

Just what I have been looking for. – I just got this oven after my old countertop oven wore out. I had been looking for quite awhile but really wanted a large interior without french doors. I have used this oven twice and so far am really impressed. The heat seems to be consistant and it’s big enough for a cookie sheet. Having 2 racks will be a real advantage. I’m hoping it will be tall enough to bake a loaf of bread without burning the top. Very happy to find this!

I love this unit – I purchased this unit because I live in a 5th wheel and didn’t want to use my propane oven. I simply love this unit. I have never used one of these items before. I have baked potatoes, made cinnamon rolls, made pasta chicken bake, and tonight I will venture a pork tenderloin. This item is very large as I wanted. I hope it lasts a long time.

Too big for my needs – I took this out of the box and it just seemed enormous. I left it on my counter over night to see if I would get used to it…and besides the fact that it was HUGE, the constant flashing light just drove me crazy. Yes, I could unplug it, to make the light stop flashing, but I could never get used to the size…..bigger than my microwave! Never used it, so can’t comment on its functions.

No Light – I had to put a light in front to see what am cooking. This is hard and a bigger pain rhan one would think. I need a miners lite on my head!

Great little toaster oven – Bought for my 85 year old dad. He is using this in place of the stove. Perfect size for cooking a meal for one or two people. He hasn’t tried the air fry yet, but so far, no complaints. There is one improvement that Oster hopefully will do in the future and that would be a non stick interior. Otherwise, a great kitchen appliance.

Not Correct Dimensions – Blinking – Still too new to give out stars but, out of the box onto the counter the dimensions are smaller than as described by Amazon. The dimensions are that on the non-air fry version. The size is, however, just fine. What I find strange is the constant blinking light on the Air Fry function. I’m told this is “normal”. There is no clock feature that our previous Oster oven had. This was an upgrade from our previous Oster and so far I’m just a bit disappointed but have not used it in all it’s functionality, hoping it’s great.

Good for the money. – Oven worked pretty well, but has pretty wide temperature swings, and heat distribution isn’t the best. Was fine for pizza or a small casserole. Not the best for baking a cake or cookies. The price is very reasonable, however, and for most things it gets the job done.
