No Labels – I purchased this unit October 2020 ( a little over 2 years ago). This issue is that the labels are no longer legible (see image). My previous microwave was > 10 years old and all of my other appliances are 15 years old and none of them show any signs of label wear. This microwave sells for $300. I would expect better than 2 year lifetime out of it. I contacted Panasonic customer service but they were unwilling to do anything since the warranty is only 1 year. In all fairness the unit still works but it is becoming unusable with no idea what function the unlabeled button is supposed to do?

Great product! – After weeks of looking at microwaves to purchase I finally broke down and purchased this 4 in 1 Panasonic. Lets start with looks and size. It looks slick and has a nice design, size however it is the largest microwave I’ve ever owned. Its taller and has more depth then most microwaves. Ill rate each feature with a score. The microwave feature has been great its fast and cooks evenly and the presets for it have been spot on (10/10). The Air fryer feature takes a little longer then I expected but still works amazing and cooks food evenly, there is no way to change temperature just time still though it works great (9/10). The Convection Bake feature is one of my favorite for reheating most foods and making toast or garlic bread. With the convection bake feature you can control temperature to get a perfect time for your meal. I haven’t really used the broil yet so I cant really rate it, however I’m sure it works just fine. Cleaning is super easy and not time consuming. The catch tray and basket are dishwasher safe so clean up is simple. One of my favorite features is you can mute the beeping sound which is great for late nights or people who just don’t like the sound. Now for the cons, it can be a little loud when the fans kick on while cooking or cooling. Also the price is a bet much, however it does eliminate having to have separate air fryer and microwave or toaster oven. Its save to say I would recommend the microwave to people who are looking for an all in one option that’s easy to clean and maintain.

Jack of All Trades, Master of None – First, this is a great appliance. Had a Panasonic microwave for years 10+ years that worked flawlessly and would still have it except that the door opening button/mechanism broke. That’s how I ended up in the market for a new one, and Panasonic was my default first choice.
