Pops well but pan is hard to use – The biggest drawback to this cute little popper is the pan. You can tip it to empty it but the lid flaps get in the way of trying to get the last of the pieces out so they don’t burn. Very hard to hang it in place, and when finally out it is still hard to clean because the center of the lid is not removable, unless you undo screws. Need a small hand to get inside of it. It does pop good and the plastic catch pan is really nice to just take it out rather than scooping it all out.

Did not come with the 25 bags to put the popcorn in nor a scoop to dish it out with – This is a great popcorn machine but it was suppose to come with the bags to serve the popcorn in also they need to add a scoop to this so you can really get a feel for the movie theater would be nice. It was easy to clean just use a small paint brush that is wet to clean the kettle right in the machine an a paper towel to wipe it all down with. I would recommend this but someone needs to make sure the customer gets everything that is mentioned in the discription including the 25 serving bags for the popcorn. I used a small mixing bowl to put the popcorn in an used a 1cup measuring cup to get the popcorn out of the machine which is why they need to add a scoop.

Great little machine. Perfect for garage day! – We love popcorn while hanging around in the garage on garage day parties. We have been making microwave popcorn but that is never as satisfying. Bought this little machine without a lot of expectations. It turned out to be wonderful! It is used at least once a day since arriving and it provides flawless and very tasty treats. We bought some paper popcorn bags, buttery salt and orvils popping oil. Love it.
