Love this piece. – The heat is intense where the coil is. Other reviews talk about uneven heat. I actually don’t mind it at all. It means I can keep cooked vegs in the pan and add more and kind of scoot things around the pan to the level of heat that I want. I had one for 4 years and used it very frequently and wore it out. For the price and the frequency that I use it, I am happy to buy a new one every 4 years. It doesn’t bother me. Also, the handles are a little loose, so put a little Loctite in there and be on your merry way.

A Perfect Electric Skillet – Non-stick skillet that has deep sides and large capacity. Works great on casseroles or for any other frying/semi-baking items. Super easy to clean, and dishwasher safe. Can also be used in a buffet to keep food warm/hot. Very happy with the product

Very good skillet at reasonable price – This is a very good product. Separately, we ordered a grill rack directly from Presto that has not arrived several weeks later. Neither Presto nor we know why. However, Presto’s customer service has been responsive and has arranged to send us the rack in ten days.
