Great griddle with handy tray – This griddle has a nice amount of cooking surface & it’s square shape makes it easier to store than those that are rectangular. The grease catcher is decent size too. Love the detachable warming tray. It’s a unique & handy feature. Only complaint is the edge of the griddle is a little shallow. Makes scooping up food a little awkward at times.

Great griddle – I have been using this griddle for a few months now and it has been so great. I mostly cook eggs, sausage, and pancakes, but I’ve also cooked bacon and buttered biscuits on it too. It’s large enough to cook all food items together, which saves time. I also love that I don’t have to clean up multiple pans afterwards. Cleaning it is very quick and easy. We have seen some of the “lines” in our pancakes (from the heating coils underneath), but it does not affect how the food is cooked or how it tastes so it hasn’t been an issue. I will never go without a griddle again and this one works really well.

Someone scratched the surface at some point but haven’t noticed any issues since as far a durability. cleans well, nonstick works as intended, great size for pancakes.
