Fails at what it’s intended to do BUT… – If the original intent of this product is to brew cold brew coffee then it falls way short. unless of course you like weak/watery cold brew. Let me explain…

Best cold brew I’ve made – My husband got this for me for my birthday and it’s been amazing! I’ve been experimenting with all kinds of flavors and drink types and love that I can just fill this up at night and have it ready the next day. Super easy to clean compared to others I’ve tried

Saves money! – This pitcher was exactly what I was looking for. It has saved me so much money by making my own cold brew at home and not stopping at Starbucks on the way to work every morning. Some of the reviews have said that it doesn’t make a strong brew, but it does for me. I fill the filter with coffee grounds almost to the top and then let it sit for 24-48 hours. After 24 hours, it’s not see-through at all and if you let it sit for longer it gets even stronger.

After 24 hours, it’s not see-through at all and if you let it sit for longer it gets even stronger.

Pours weird – I have been using various cold brew set ups for years, I was stoked on this one because of the larger size of container. Easy process, grounds go in, water goes in, let it sit, drink when ready. This container holds 10 more ounces of water than my previous, and the chamber for holding grounds is the same size. Dailing in the coffee to water ratio has been an issue. I love my coffee STRONG, I let it sit for 48 before drinking. Even at 48 hours I can still through the brew. I have shaken, I have stirred, I have filled it to the max with grounds. I don’t know if it is the tightness of the mesh, I still get fine silt in the bottom, but getting a strong cup is a challenge. Will see what 60 hours produces.

Almost excellent – It’s larger than my previous brewer, but not quite as powerful a brew. Pouring goes through the top of the grounds, which tends to be a slower pour than I’m used to, to be expected. It’s good enough, no serious problems.

Makes a lot of cold brew coffee… – I fill my mesh tube with coffee slowly and add water as I go. That way I can fill it all the way up with coffee and water and get a nice rich brew. Love the lid closure and the ease of use. People complaining of weak coffee and not being able to completely saturate the coffee tube just need to modify how they fill the pitcher.
