Works well but the plastics is on softer side – The machine is very innovative and I love the space-saving design. But the plastics is a bit weak, sometime the cut will be off due to the plastics.

Don’t bother – I guess you get what you pay for. I attempted to slice a 24 hour sous vide cooked tender as hell roast beef and it would only slice about ⅔ of the cut at the top and couldn’t get a good slice and I had to keep turning it. The thickness would also change depending on pressure applied because the plate would bend backwards. It probably would have worked if the rpm was considerably faster.
