      unplug after each use – the maker of this machine warns that you unplug after each use. it don’t say why. just that you should. had those instructions been on the description of the product before i made the purchase, i would not have.

      A bit temperamental… – This coffee maker reminds me of an old floor TV set. You know? The ones from the 70s where you had to “SMACK” the side of the set to get it to work once in awhile? VERY cheaply made. But, once I figured out it’s qorks, it works good. Very quiet, and the versatility of K-cup to regular brew of ground coffee and a water container that allows you to store water for a couple of days rather then fill it after each use sold me on buying it. I didn’t want to spend the money on a 200 dollar keurig that did the same thing. My problem with this thing is that it doesn’t measure the ounces right. So your choices are: 6oz, 10oz, or 15oz. In order to get the machine to work, I have to put pressure on the top of where the K-cup or grounds adapter goes in order to get the machine to start brewing. 8oz is a full U.S. 1 cup. So, I brew my 1 cup using the 10oz option, then top it off with the 6oz… Coffee brewing shouldn’t be this complicated specially in the mornings when I need to hit the road at 3am… But, it works for now…

      Love this better than my Keurig – This is so much easier to use than my single serve Keurig. It also takes up much less space than my larger “tank” Keurig machine.

      Great individual k-cup brewer – Great individual k-cup brewer. Doesn’t have a power button which is why it’s noted to unplug it when not in use. Quick and quiet and provides a hot cup each time. Also has multiple brew sizes which is great!

      It works, but …… – My Keureg died and thought this would be a decent replacement with next day delivery. It does work, but you can only select 6, 10, or 15oz. What happened to an 8oz cup, you know the thing all the K cups are made for? You either get a small strong cup or larger watered down cup of yuck. That’s just my 2 cents.

      Does what it’s supposed to do. – Unpacked this last night and set it up. I gave one of my kids my Keurig, which is digital, has more cup size options, is programmable and a larger reservoir, but I don’t need all those options, and I didn’t want to pay $200 for a coffee machine. This unit was exactly what I was looking for and the price is right. The design is uncomplicated. It fits even my largest travel mugs which my Keurig did not. Fill the reservoir, put your cup in and push one of three buttons. I wanted something to either use single-use pods or a filter to use my own coffee. This does that. It was a nice surprise that the filter holder is so easy to clean. The lid to the reusable filter is a bit flimsy so we’ll see how well that holds up to cleaning. The water stream does sputter, so I was concerned about it spraying outside my cup. The drip tray has three height options though. So far my cups have been large enough to block any spray. I haven’t tried my smallest cups yet. The instructions say to unplug after each use, but that could be cultural thing (in some countries they do not keep anything plugged in when it’s not being used). The unit does have auto shut-off once the chosen brew cup size is filled. Overall, this unit fulfills my basic coffee-making needs for a reasonable price.
