Premium durability, great ergonomics – I have burned out two stick blenders in the past three years, so I was looking for one that specifically was rated for high torque and had a duty cycle longer than one minute. Most home stick blenders, if you read the fine print, aren’t supposed to be used for more than sixty seconds at a time.

Some parts very good others so-so – I like the stick blender and the whisk. Both of them do a great job with the adjustable speed. However, the food processor is not as capable as I had hoped. It does not pull coarse food into the blade, leaving many pieces unprocessed.

Great for Smoothies and Simple Blending – I was reluctant to spend a hundred bucks on basically a smoothie machine, but I am so glad that I did. I’ve found other uses for it – whipping butter for cookies (no good for dough however) or grinding nuts/spices for recipes – so it doesn’t feel as frivolous as I had first expected. Easy to use, super easy to clean, and it smushes up a banana blueberry spinach smoothie in no time.
