Great, but could be a bit better – I won’t go into great detail, but I bought this to quickly replace an old Bonavita that finally stopped working properly. I’ve used it for around a month now.

Almost five star – I like the look of it. It works as expected. I wish it can whistle. Besides, I only use it to boil water, sometimes, it takes a long time to go from 99 Celsius to 100. The reason I took a star off is that when pouring water out, you need to hold it with certain angle. If you try to rush by tilt the kettle more, it starts to leak.

Excellent, beautifully designed kettle, with a couple of drawbacks – The same spare aesthetic that makes for the streamlined kettle unfortunately extends less successfully to both the instruction guide and “max fill” marking inside the pot. The guide is hipster-stylishly printed in a tiny and thin near-black font on gray-white paper, while the “max fill” line inside the kettle uses the same chic and unreadable typography, with not enough contrast between text and metal background. Since the set-up absolutely does require instructions, it’s best to watch the company’s how-to video on YouTube, though that, too, is annoyingly “designed”.

Long awaited kettle! So pleased – I am in love with this kettle. While unpacking I did have the feeling I might be getting a returned product. However, even if that was the case, everything is working and going well so far. I have seen quite a few bad reviews on here but I went to the Fellow site and it guarantees this product, with proper use, for a year. So I’m not sure why people aren’t just letting Fellow know their issue. This kettle cam w highly recommended from a coffee group that I’m in so I believe it is a great product from a great company. I had an electric kettle that worked before but it couldn’t hold the temp and you had to reset it every time you lifted the kettle. To reset, you had to push a button that beeped with every press….so for 20 minutes, my silent morning had to be broken with beep, beep….. I’m very pleased to have a kettle with a silent button and an option to HOLD that setting!

Yes Homer, there IS something faster than a Microwave! – SUPER duper fast, goes from 84F tap water to 112F faster than Elon can lie about his Tesla speeds! It is really a remarkable kettle and glad I splurged for this one vs a look-a-like. I had a stove top version of this same kettle by Fellow and I managed to set it on fire – handle melted (gas stove and it must’ve been empty). I replaced it with this “safer” electrical option. I need to MAKE it safer by learning to set the auto shut off timer. And I need to remember NOT to put this one on the stove top as it is the exact same kettle that my muscle memory recalls first thing in the morning hours. If you need your ritual morning coffee or tea to feel like some engineer out there designed this JUST FOR YOU then go with Fellow!
